As the founder and driving force behind Rise Dental Temp Agency, Jessie Boeckmann is dedicated to connecting dental practices with top-tier temporary staff. A 2015 graduate of the University of Arkansas Fort Smith with a degree in Dental Hygiene, Jessie brings extensive firsthand experience to her agency. Before achieving her hygiene degree, she cultivated a deep understanding of dental practice operations through hands-on experience as a dental assistant and front desk staff. Originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, Jessie now resides in Fayetteville with her husband and three children.  This connection to the region fuels her passion for serving the local dental community.  Her diverse background has instilled in her the invaluable importance of teamwork within the dental setting.

Jessie founded Rise Dental Temp Agency in April 2021, after observing the significant need for reliable temporary staffing during her years as a PRN dental hygienist. The pandemic had exacerbated existing shortages of hygiene professionals across Northwest Arkansas and the state, inspiring her to forge a more effective staffing solution. Demonstrating the agency's rapid growth and responsiveness to the dental community, Rise quickly expanded to cover essential roles, including dental assistants, front desk staff, and associate dentists. Jessie’s strong reputation as a reliable and compassionate temp hygienist translated seamlessly into her business, leading to numerous client offices partnering with Rise Dental Temp Agency. Rise Dental Temp Agency operates on the core values of professionalism, efficiency, reliability, and a strong commitment to fostering a positive work-life balance for its providers, ensuring quality placements.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jessie cherishes spending quality time with her family. As a proud mother of three, she considers motherhood her favorite role. She also enjoys exploring the outdoors and is a passionate Razorback fan. Go Hogs! Furthermore, as a certified American Heart Association instructor, Jessie and Rise are proud to offer CPR training services to clients, equipping dental teams with life-saving skills.

Hi, I'm Misty.  After moving from Austin, Texas, four years ago, I now call the beautiful Ozark region of Northwest Arkansas home.  Shortly after moving to Fayetteville, I became a hygiene coordinator at a dental office, where I met Jessie.  Even during her occasional fill-in shifts, her genuine warmth and happiness made her an instant favorite.  While this was my first experience in a dental setting, my extensive administrative background in the medical field proved valuable.  As Jessie's dental temp business expanded, she sought administrative support, and I was fortunate enough to join her.  I'm happily married to my best friend, and we're blessed to have our 21-year-old son living nearby in NWA.  As avid animal and nature enthusiasts, we spend our free time outdoors, enjoying the company of our dog and chickens, gardening and relaxing by the pool or lakeside. I truly love living here, embracing the four distinct seasons, and working for such an inspirational 'girl boss,' who motivates me both professionally and personally.
